Robot Vacuum Troubleshooting

Symptom-led robot vacuum troubleshooting for charging, suction, mapping, wheels, brushes, mopping and docking problems.

These are general checks, not universal repair instructions. The model manual and on-screen error guidance take priority.

⚡

Won’t charge

Confirm the outlet works, dock power is connected, contacts are clean and the robot is seated correctly. Check the app for battery or dock messages.

〰

Weak suction

Check bin fill, filter condition, brush chamber and accessible air path. A clogged or damp filter can reduce airflow.

↻

Moves in circles

Inspect wheels and accessible sensors for debris, then restart according to the manual. Note any navigation or wheel error code.

⌁

Brush not spinning

Switch off, remove trapped hair and check that the brush is seated correctly. Stop if the motor or housing appears damaged.

⌖

Map or route problems

Check sensor cleanliness, lighting where relevant, floor clutter and whether the dock has moved. Review the app's map recovery steps.

◍

Mop or dock issue

Check tanks, tray seating, mop attachment and approved solution. Stop if there is unexplained leakage near electrical parts.

If the robot repeatedly reports a critical fault, overheats, emits a burning smell or has battery damage, stop troubleshooting and seek manufacturer or qualified repair support.
