Roborock Robot Vacuum Care Guide

Independent Roborock robot vacuum maintenance and troubleshooting: brush, filter, dock, map and mop checks.

Brand guide · Roborock

Start with the robot and the dock model.

Roborock models range from simple charging docks to multifunction stations with automatic emptying, water handling and mop washing. The correct steps depend on the exact series.

  • Use the app's maintenance page for consumable life and alerts
  • Check the main brush, side brush and wheels for hair
  • Clean sensors and charging contacts as described in the manual
  • For mop docks, inspect the tray and tanks and use only approved solution
  • For map issues, confirm dock position and follow the model's map-recovery steps

Do not wash a filter unless your exact model's documentation says it is washable. Let any washable filter dry fully before reinstalling.
