Match the care routine to your RoboVac.
eufy offers different robot and dock designs. A basic RoboVac, a hybrid mop model and an Omni system do not share every cleaning step or consumable.
- Check the model label and use the correct support guide
- Remove hair from the rolling brush and side brush
- Clean or replace the filter only as directed
- Check charging pins, wheel movement and the dock power supply
- For Omni models, clean tanks and trays according to the instructions
If the robot disconnects from the app, confirm Wi-Fi compatibility and follow the exact model's re-pairing procedure rather than repeatedly factory-resetting it.
