Terms of Use

Terms governing use of RobotG Vacuum website content, repair guidance and enquiry forms.

Effective date: 27 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of robotgvacuum.com. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its security or availability. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

Information, not a repair guarantee

Website articles and guides provide general information only. They are not a substitute for your exact model's instructions, a manufacturer's safety notice or an assessment by a qualified technician. We cannot guarantee that every procedure applies to every model or that a particular repair will succeed.

Safety and manufacturer instructions

Disconnect power where the manual instructs you to do so. Do not open battery packs, bypass safety features or work on live electrical components. Stop using a device with a swollen battery, unusual heat, burning smell, damaged wiring or liquid near electrical parts. Follow the manufacturer's guidance and seek qualified support where necessary.

Third-party brands and links

Brand names are used only to identify products discussed. RobotG Vacuum is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Roborock, iRobot, eufy, ECOVACS, Dreame, Shark or other manufacturers unless expressly stated. External links are provided for convenience; we do not control third-party websites.

Enquiries and service availability

Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking, establish a service contract or guarantee a response, repair, parts availability or price. A service agreement, if offered, must be confirmed separately in writing with the actual provider and its terms.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

Website text, design and original materials may not be copied for commercial redistribution without permission, except where applicable law allows. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful material or disrupt its operation.

Liability and governing law

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law or limits statutory consumer rights. Any other liability limitations and governing-law provisions must be reviewed and completed by the site operator for its actual business and target markets before publication.

Updates and contact

Terms may change as the website develops. Before launch, the operator should add its verified legal name, business address and contact channel and obtain appropriate legal review for the jurisdictions in which it operates.
