Robot Vacuum Repair Guidance

Understand common robot vacuum faults, safe first checks and when to seek qualified repair support.

Repair support

Diagnose before you replace.

A failed clean can come from a simple blockage—or a component that needs professional attention. Start by recording the symptoms, app messages and what happens when the robot starts.

  • Brush or wheel will not rotate
  • Robot stops, reverses or reports an error
  • Charging dock has no response
  • Reduced suction or repeated blockage alerts
  • Water leak, dock fault or mop not working
Do not open battery packs, bypass safety switches or work on live electrical parts. Stop using the device if it smells burnt, becomes unusually hot, leaks near electronics or has a swollen battery.
Technician-style inspection of small appliance components
